As Engine Digital deepens its presence in Toronto, the agency recently added Steven Chabot in the role of Managing Director, responsible for leading growth and client engagement across the East Coast region within Canada and the US.
Steven joins Engine Digital having spent 6 years at Rangle where he held a VP, Managing Director title, driving account leadership, new business development, and guidance of cross-disciplinary teams in enterprise project delivery. During his time there, Steven helped establish the firm’s Client Services practice while building relationships with key clients including Bank of Montreal, Sanofi, and Pacific Life. He was instrumental in Rangle’s growth into Japan through his oversight of its work with Fast Retailing and its subsidiary, Uniqlo.
Over his career, Steven has built deep expertise in client services with global experience in selling and delivering large-scale digital programs. He is a trusted advisor and partner to C-suite clients at the enterprise level through his extensive expertise in design, product, and technology as a driver for creating outstanding customer experiences and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Steven holds a Master's degree in Information Studies and a BA, Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
