As one of Canada’s big three telecommunication companies, TELUS is focused on defining new and innovative ways to engage with its customer base. The TELUS Digital Lab team is leading this effort, operating as a lean, internal innovation group within the organization.
This engagement is indicative of an emerging trend; as client-side digital strategy resources can often be challenged in keeping pace with project needs across business units, organizations must find faster and more committed approaches to innovation in order to remain in a positive market position. In addition to TELUS, Engine Digital has been tapped to lead, manage, and support similar digital innovation needs for several global brands, allowing the agency to develop its own unique approach to stakeholder engagement, process, outputs, and outcomes.
