Fox Factory selects Engine Digital to lead CX and e-commerce transformation.

Fox Factory, a leader in high-performance components and suspension products for cycling, offroad, and motorsports, has selected Engine Digital as its digital agency partner.

The agency will help transform Fox Factory's business through the development of a holistic customer experience strategy and the evolution of its enterprise-level e-commerce approach spanning a portfolio of ten independent brands.

Fox Factory — headquartered in Scotts Valley, California — designs, engineers, manufactures, and markets to a global customer base. Founded in 1974, the company offers its products for on- and off-road cars and trucks, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles, mountain bikes, and road bikes, and sponsors a team of professional athletes across all of these categories. Fox Factory is also a direct supplier to leading action sports manufacturers for bikes and powered vehicles.
