Engine Digital recently welcomed Laura Falconer to the role of Strategy Director, strengthening leadership in brand experience, e-commerce, and product design.
Most recently Director of User Experience at Vision Critical (now Alida), a software and services firm in customer experience management (CXM), Laura spent a decade leading strategic planning and implementation of the company's consumer insights platform.
Laura also brings deep experience in building and scaling e-commerce as founder of Leaff, a cannabis lifestyle business she continues to run, providing first hand experience and perspectives relevant to her client work.
Laura holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from The University of Edinburgh, a Diploma in Multimedia Technology from Napier University, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Based in Vancouver, Laura will direct engagements with a focus on e-commerce and brand experience, as a leader within the agency’s Strategy practice group.
