To better serve the needs of interior designers and architects, and to cater to the expectations of a younger audience, 3form tapped our team to define a new end-to-end digital experience.
We worked with 3form through a series of workshops to define opportunities for the brand to improve engagement with customers across digital channels. Our work led to the launch of a new B2B website and a mobile app that helps the sales team to engage with customers at tradeshows and on the road.
Key to the sales group’s approach is the ability to showcase products with customers in person. To enable this, we designed a mobile app that provides the tools needed to create custom product presentations on the go, integrating with 3form’s CMS to ensure product information is always accurate and up to date.
