Engine Digital was selected by Montreal-based Equisoft to lead the global redesign of a new B2B web platform that will fuel the company’s emerging international marketplace expansion of transformation insurance and wealth management products and consulting services.

Through our sprint-based concept, ideation, and design process, we were able to deliver a rapid and complete rethinking of the web platform’s information architecture, content strategy, and visual design approach that set the foundation in how the organization will connect with customers throughout the B2B sales cycle.

The key business objective is to increase and improve qualified leads on-site in a self-guided and consultative manner, which allows the sales team more time to focus on closing deals.

As a digital product solutions specialist in the insurance and wealth management industry, one of the primary challenges faced with this web platform is how to address the complexity of products and services offered, that stretches across two separate business sectors, with three distinct customer audiences – Manufacturers, Distributors, and Industry Advisors.

Through a mobile-first approach, our content strategy helped to align the needs of each audience type with the relevant first step in the buyer’s journey. Navigation was designed with this in mind, providing the entry point for visitors to learn about Equisoft’s products and services, and ultimately creating an informed customer.

Our focus on delivering contextual content in a progressive manner, supported by highlighting customer success, allows users to fully appreciate the robustness of the Equisoft offering and value proposition, while also making it easier to understand the solutions ideal for their specific needs in a self-directed manner.

For Engine Digital, the launch of another multilingual, global sales platform builds on our extensive experience working with digital product and solution-orientated B2B clients such as HP, Western Union, BeyondTrust, and Prevalent, in which we focus on making it easier for prospective customers to engage in a self-serve manner.

This new site also extends our expertise in developing on Craft CMS, while also integrating with extensive technology stacks including HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation, along with IP Stack for global region detection.
